These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of this website (lp-home.net) and any communications you receive from Licensed Research Vials LLC, a Florida limited liability company doing business as Licensed Peptides ("Licensed Peptides," "we," "us," or "our"). By using this site or subscribing to our email or text message programs, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 21 years of age and legally able to enter into these Terms to use this site or subscribe to our communications. This is an age-gated program: our sign-up form requires you to affirmatively confirm that you are 21 years of age or older, by checking a separate, mandatory age-confirmation box, before your details and any email or text consent are accepted. A submission without that confirmation is rejected and no contact information is stored. By subscribing, you represent that you are 21 or older and that any contact information you provide is your own and accurate. We do not knowingly collect information from, or send messages to, anyone under 21; if we learn a subscriber is under 21 we will remove them from all programs.
2. SMS / text messaging program terms
Program description
When you opt in to the Licensed Peptides text messaging program, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages — such as news, updates, and promotional offers — at the mobile phone number you provided.
Consent
The text messaging program is restricted to individuals 21 years of age or older, confirmed by a mandatory age-confirmation checkbox on the sign-up form. Your consent to receive text messages is optional and is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. You provide consent by checking the SMS opt-in box on our sign-up form and submitting your mobile number. Message frequency varies and may be up to approximately 6 messages per month.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile carrier's plan. Licensed Peptides does not charge for the text messages, but your carrier's standard rates will apply.
Opt out (STOP)
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP to the number from which you received our messages. After you send STOP, we will send a single confirmation message and then stop sending marketing text messages. You may receive additional messages confirming your opt-out.

Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers may change, and message delivery is subject to the effective transmission from your wireless service provider.
Privacy
Your mobile information — including your phone number and text-messaging opt-in — is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not share mobile opt-in information or phone numbers with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.
3. Email communications
If you opt in to email updates, you agree to receive marketing and informational emails from Licensed Peptides. Consent is optional. Every marketing email includes a working unsubscribe link and our valid physical mailing address, in accordance with the CAN-SPAM Act. You can unsubscribe at any time.
4. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the site or our messaging programs after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
